Noob Wine Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and Noob Wine. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing the casino or using any other feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them in full.

If you are accessing Noob Wine on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account, you accept responsibility for ensuring that person also complies with these Terms. Account sharing is not permitted — each person must register their own individual account.

Noob Wine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the noobwine.app platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account where practicable.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use Noob Wine, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Noob Wine does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account or engage in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from Noob Wine or any other gaming platform under an active exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of Noob Wine or of any company in the same corporate group, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Noob Wine actively verifies player age and identity as part of the account management process. We may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point, including at registration, at the time of withdrawal requests or at any other time we consider necessary. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended and any balance held pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on Noob Wine. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited, including any winnings generated.

When registering with Noob Wine, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Contact support if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Noob Wine account credentials, including your password and any security codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Noob Wine is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact Noob Wine support immediately. We will suspend your account to prevent further access pending investigation.

• Account holders must keep their contact details current at all times.
• Accounts registered with false or unverifiable information will be closed.
• Dormant accounts (no activity for 12+ months) may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at Noob Wine's discretion, with prior notification to the registered email address.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on Noob Wine are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange spread applicable to any deposit or withdrawal on the platform. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant credit
• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant credit
• NayaPay — digital wallet, instant credit
• SadaPay — digital wallet, instant credit
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — credited within a few hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards — subject to your issuing bank's policies

The minimum deposit at Noob Wine is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though we reserve the right to apply individual account deposit limits where we consider it appropriate. All payment instruments used must belong to the account holder — deposits from accounts or cards belonging to third parties are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.

Noob Wine uses secure, encrypted payment processing for all transactions. We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Noob Wine account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered against your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Before processing any withdrawal, Noob Wine may require you to complete identity verification if you have not already done so. This is a standard process — it is not applied selectively and is designed to protect all players from fraud and unauthorised withdrawals. Verification documents typically requested include a copy of a government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours.
• Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours. Requests made outside of these hours are queued and processed at the earliest opportunity.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. See Section 8 for full bonus terms.

Noob Wine reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, rule violations or identity verification issues. In such cases, the account holder will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Noob Wine are subject to the general and sport-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. Key general rules applicable to all sports betting at Noob Wine include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may change up until the moment of confirmation — the odds shown in your final bet receipt are the settled odds.
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed in the bet builder before confirmation.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled except through the cash-out function where this is available and the market remains open.
• For live in-play betting, Noob Wine uses real-time data feeds to update odds and market availability. We reserve the right to suspend, delay or restrict in-play betting at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — a price clearly published incorrectly due to a technical fault — Noob Wine reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• Match abandonment, postponements and event cancellations are governed by the sport-specific rules. In general, bets on events that do not take place within a specified period are voided and stakes returned.

For PSL and cricket markets specifically, all rulings on the outcome of markets are based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). No-balls, wides and DRS outcomes are included in market settlement where applicable per the specific market rules.

7. Casino Games and Virtual Sports

All casino games available on Noob Wine — including slots, live dealer tables and virtual sports — are operated using certified software from licensed game providers. The RNG (Random Number Generator) systems used in all relevant games are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage published for each game represents the certified theoretical return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

By participating in casino games at Noob Wine, you acknowledge that:

• You are playing for entertainment and accept that the outcomes of RNG-based games are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers under camera supervision. Results are determined by genuine physical outcomes, not software.
• Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes in any RNG-based game.
• Virtual sports results are generated by certified RNG algorithms and are entirely independent of real-world sporting outcomes.

Minimum and maximum stakes for casino games are displayed within each game interface. Noob Wine reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where responsible gaming considerations apply.

8. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by Noob Wine — including welcome bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and reload bonuses — are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions at Noob Wine unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each offer's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Minimum odds for wagering: Bets placed to contribute toward bonus wagering requirements must meet the minimum odds specified in the offer terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
• One bonus per player: Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses more than once are strictly prohibited. Noob Wine uses technical measures to detect duplicate bonus claims, and accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will be closed with all associated funds forfeited.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Real money first: Where an account holds both real money and bonus funds, bets are deducted from real money first. When real money balance reaches zero, bets are placed from bonus funds.

Noob Wine reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Offers are subject to change without prior notice, except that changes will not apply to active bonuses already credited to player accounts.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Noob Wine and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering duplicate accounts.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tools to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit any feature of the platform systematically.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a confirmed technical exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events available for betting on Noob Wine.
• Abusing the customer support team or any employee of Noob Wine in any manner — verbal, written or otherwise.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation.
• Facilitating any third party in carrying out any of the above prohibited activities.

Noob Wine uses fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct are reviewed by the compliance team, and where violations are confirmed, the account will be closed and all funds may be forfeited. In cases involving fraud or criminal activity, Noob Wine reserves the right to refer matters to appropriate authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Noob Wine reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Situations in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of any promotional offer.
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 3.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed by Noob Wine for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified balance of real money (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Noob Wine account should contact customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day and any remaining verified real money balance is returned to the registered payment method. Where a player requests closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the closure takes effect immediately.

11. Responsible Gaming

Noob Wine is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their betting and gaming activity. These tools are available through your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that are applied immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the request.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen summaries of your session activity and net position.
• Cooling-off period — a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which you cannot deposit or bet.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Noob Wine platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data, odds presentations, game interfaces and any other material — is the property of Noob Wine or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display or transmit any content from the Noob Wine platform without prior written consent. Scraping odds data, game results or any other platform data using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Noob Wine provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. Specifically:

• We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime during sporting events where bets could not be placed or managed.
• We are not liable for losses arising from delayed data feeds, inaccurate live score data or other third-party data service issues.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the net real money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits Noob Wine's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data

Noob Wine collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, manage responsible gaming tools and meet any applicable legal obligations. 15. Changes to These Terms

Noob Wine may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the law, the platform, our services or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will publish the updated Terms on the noobwine.app platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Noob Wine platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance of real money held at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of standard verification.
